About Lars Maydell
Lars Maydell is Executive Coach and Managing Partner of Maydell Advice. From 2004 to 2012 he worked for Egon Zehnder, where he led Executive Search and Leadership Strategy projects on a worldwide basis. In that same period, he was Advisory Board Member of FehrAdvice & Partners AG in Zurich. Since 2015 Lars works with IESE as a Business Coach and Executive Mentor for the alumni community and participants of executive education programs.
